We are seeking a dynamic and highly-experienced Sales Director with a track record history of leading successful IT sales teams to join a multinational, industry-leading Cloud Solutions Systems Integrator, based in their Riyadh office. The Sales Director will lead the sales team to execute the organisation’s strategy and oversee the sales of our Modern Infrastructure, Managed & Professional services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Enterprise Licensing and Digital offerings. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  2. Lead the sales team to meet targets and evaluate costs for selling products and services.
  3. Drive a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  4. Create and communicate sales goals and ways to achieve those goals.
  5. Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
  6. Oversee new employee training and continued training for current employees.
  7. Establish sales projections and budgets.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  9. Build, Develop and Improve Sales Pipeline Deals and Increase Winning Ratio for Submitted and Weighted Sales Pipeline Deals.
  10. Submit End of Month, End of Quarter and End of Year Accurate Revenue and Gross Profit Forecast.
  11. Onboard New Customers and Bring New Logos to the Company.
  12. Build, Maintain and Develop Good Relationship with Technology Vendors, Distributors and Customers.
  13. Ability to Submit Growth over Gross Profit Year over Year for Managed Cloud, Security, Infrastructure and Professional Services Line of Businesses.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of progressive experience in selling IT products and solutions with a proven track record in selling Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, Digital Solutions as well as Cybersecurity Managed Services and/or Enterprise Licensing in the Saudi Arabia Market.
  2. Proven leader with a blend of superior strategic, operational, and leadership skills with a track record of developing teams of high-performing salespeople.
  3. Strong understanding of cloud and cybersecurity technologies and trends, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
