As a Product Owner, You Will
- Manage and nurture stakeholder relationships to gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Lead backlog prioritization and refinement, working closely with product owners and developers to ensure optimal planning.
- Manage and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Analyze and solve complex customer issues involving both data and processes.
- Build know-how and develop expertise in social security domain.
- Analyze customer’s business requirements, needs, and objectives and develop system specifications and process diagrams.
- Collaborate on software testing and validation.
- Create clear documentation and user manuals.
- Facilitate workshops for stakeholder alignment and engagement.
- Manage scope changes and update stakeholders.
- Report on project progress regularly.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA would be considered a plus.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, software engineering or a similar role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
- Proven experience in software development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of backlog prioritization and refinement within Agile frameworks.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team management and development.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
