Sales & Operation Executive

Job Summary: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5.30pm Salary range: $2500 - $4000 Location: Boon Lay Medical benefits + VB Job Scope: Attending to call-in and email sales enquiries, order processing and providing sales and customer support Providing administrative & sales support Maintain and ensure system customer listing is accurate and up-to-date Communicate requirements and activities to salesperson/sales coordinator Process Quotations and Sales/Purchase Orders Manage Inventory and plan stock replenishment Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships Requirements: Min. Diploma and above in Engineering or related field 2 years of working experience in Marine & Offshore/Oil & Gas/Manufacturing industry Must be sales-oriented Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
