PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the warehouse and supporting production material needs. Ensures all inventories are received, processed, and stored in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Ensures proper documentation of the warehouse for records and traceability. Coordinates daily activities of a team involved in receiving and dispatching goods to production, quality inspection, and their respective locations. Develops the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards, whilst fostering a culture of working safely. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develops, implements, and maintains all procedures and protocols regarding proper inventory control for the purpose of maintaining accurate financial information. Performs cycle counts to assist with parts deterioration and maintain inventory accuracy as per process procedures. Works closely with Supply Chain to ensure all goods received are correct. Performs GR/GI for goods/services and ensures documents provided to Finance are correct for payment processing. Tracks incoming and outgoing goods. Leads the warehouse storeman to ensure proper training and guidance is provided. Works with planning to review the overall schedule and provide tasks and schedules to the warehouse if extra support is needed. Works closely with the planning team to execute materials issued to the production line and supports production activity in urgent cases related to warehouse calls. Overall responsible for maintaining the accuracy and on-time kitting and delivery of received materials. Coordinates with Quality for items received that require Incoming Inspection. Maintains proper tagging and labeling of warehouse inventory parts. Identifies any systems improvements and makes recommendations for change. Prepares and analyzes monthly/quarterly inventory reports for upper management. Reviews ways to reduce waste. Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area. Adheres to the company’s guidelines regarding Safety and Quality. Complies with the Company Code of Business Conduct. Supports and participates in company-wide or departmental programs such as Total Quality Management and Lean Manufacturing. Engages in social activities. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Must complete minimum training specified in Employee Qualification and OJT Form No. S 1-026F. Ensures Accountability – holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. Customer focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. QUALIFICATION GUIDE Education: Minimum ITE/Nitec graduate. Communication: Able to speak and read Basic English. Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in warehouse operations. Hardware/Software: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in using Warehouse Management System or ERP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
