Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operation processes, including import/export logistics, and the ability to analyze and optimize cost structures. Provide corresponding quotation and solution according to customer requirements. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and address complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and accurate documentation for international shipments. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma in logistics related profession with experience in import & export trade as a plus. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers from China.
