Assist with recruitment, onboarding, exits, and retention. Support HR policy development and implementation. Process payroll accurately and on time. Contribute to training and development initiatives. Manage employee records and ensure legal compliance. Address employee concerns, resolve issues, and coordinate engagement activities. Job Requirements: Diploma holder Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as HR Generalist. Experience in payroll processing is a must. Understanding of HR principles and labor laws will be an added advantage.
