Job details
Responsibilities Report and assist the Kitchen Operations Manager in catering operations. Prepare daily market lists and place orders for vegetables, fruits, frozen items, and disposable wares used for packing food and beverage. Conduct briefing with kitchen staff on next day special orders/ requests. Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to. Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for timely collection of food and beverage according to delivery schedules. Requirements GCE ‘O’ Level. At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
