Additionally, we have 90+ products under development and registration. Job Summary The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the People and Culture (P&C) team, focusing on providing specialized P&C practices to KSA team. You will play a critical role in driving P&C strategic initiatives, supporting talent management strategies, and fostering a positive work culture within these key departments.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and provide P&C insights and solutions to drive business performance.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective evaluation of employee performance.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute strategies to improve employee engagement, leading to increased productivity and job satisfaction.
- Change Management: Support in leading change management initiatives within the departments, guiding the organization through transitions and transformations.
- Talent Management: Assist in implementing talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, development, and retention, to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet current and future business needs.
- Organizational Development: Lead the implementation of organizational development strategies, including restructuring and culture change initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Manage the employee relations within the departments, addressing issues and concerns to foster a positive work environment.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization, ensuring a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Learning and Development: Drive learning initiatives, ensuring employees have access to the necessary training and resources.
- Manpower Planning/Budgeting: Conduct manpower planning and budgeting to align workforce needs with business forecasts and financial objectives within the departments.
- P&C Policy Development and Implementation: Assist in the development and leading the implementation of P&C policies and ensuring they are understood and followed throughout the Business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or any relevant field. HR Certification: (e.g. PHR, SPHR, CIPD-5).
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
