Job Title: Field Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue & key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
  • Generate new business by phone, customer visits, and events; develop and manage a funnel of activities.
  • Prepare/develop proposals and present to clients.
  • Manage customer relationships and understand customer requirements to align our client's product and/or service solutions provided.
  • Engage presale team into the client account and requirements to get specifications that will result in sales.
  • Report accurately on sales activities including but not limited to funnel, order, service, contact, promotion, and ad-hoc feeds for the Sales Operations team.
  • Explain and propose ITC services to customers to generate sales.
  • Share and archive customer data from lead to order to manage relationships that will lead to customer satisfaction and account development.
  • Ensure the customer/prospect needs are fully met to provide the best fit ITC solution.
Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (electrical/computer engineering with technical background preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience (preferably in the telecom industry).
  • Technical know-how of Computer Networking LAN/WAN.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and presentation skills; strong customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills, ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to strict deadlines.
