Job details
Job Description: Manage bi-monthly payroll processing. Develop talent attraction plans to secure the organization's manpower and source potential candidates. Determine cost-efficient assessments and selection tools to identify the right candidates. Establish processes and guidelines to onboard new hires and manage full-spectrum HR operations (e.g., preparation of employment letters, confirmation letters, renewal and cancellation of work passes, etc.). Arrange and coordinate the handover process for resigned staff. Familiarize with government grants and liaise with relevant government agencies. Maintain and ensure timely and accurate updates of the HR database, ensuring all employee personal files are completed and treated confidentially. Handle other government-related matters such as IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, and training grants. Perform general HR administrative and office administrative duties. Assist the Director as part of the personal assistant role. Complete any other duties as assigned. English proficiency is required.
