Position: Customer Service Executive Company: Well Established Indonesian Palm Oil & Oleochemical MNC Working Conditions: 5 Days Work Week (9:00am – 6:00pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus (Averaging 3 to 4 Months) Working Location: Pasir Panjang Medical & Dental Insurance Provided Duration: Permanent Industry: Oleochemicals & Palm Oil Main Responsibilities: Work closely with cross-functional team on executing the sales. Communicate pro-actively with customers on execution details such as shipment period, payment etc. Prioritise daily tasks and follow up on problem resolution that ensures customer satisfaction. Interact with internal/external parties to resolve issues accordingly and respond to the request clearly and concisely within an appropriate time frame. Investigate and resolve regular/ad-hoc requests or complaints. Process SAP sales order management transactions (create, change, cancel) and corresponding reporting tools. Participate in process improvement program as directed by the Team Leader or Supply Chain team. Understand and incorporate GMP+ B3 and Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil’s standards into daily tasks. Requirements: Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in logistics/supply chain management. Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Must be proficient in SAP modules.
