Key Responsibilities: Conduct research in AI domains (e.g., reinforcement learning and image recognition), software testing, program synthesis. Apply developed research ideas and approaches to improve the software engineering process in Continental, especially software testing (automatic test case/plan generation). Conduct research combining AI techniques with formal methods techniques (especially program synthesis) to improve the explainability and robustness of AI models. Participate in cooperation with Continental’s development team. Interact with Continental business units. Develop and integrate AI algorithms into the real development process. Prepare academic publications such as patterns and research papers. Contribute to seasonal and annual report writing and presentations. Job Requirements: Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Software Engineering. Strong background and research experience in artificial intelligence, software engineering, automatic testing, and program synthesis. Excellent background and experience in programming languages, especially Python. Good communication and report-writing skills. Strong sense of responsibility for research and work.
