Job Scope: Research and connect with potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver customized sales presentations to meet client needs. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to finalize sales while adhering to company policies. Develop design proposals and generate 2D spatial plan layouts in alignment with client preferences. Address any other ad hoc tasks as assigned, ensuring a comprehensive approach to meeting client expectations and project requirements. Job Requirements: Min 2 years experience in HDB/Condo construction. Skilled in the utilization of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.
