Detailed Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Receiving incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Responding to patients’ inquiries and receiving and following up on complaints.
  • Scheduling patient appointments through departments.
  • Answering internal calls and assisting other departments.
  • Following up on missed patients.
  • Following up on the Vezeeta system, the center's website, and WhatsApp.
  • Confirming patient appointments for upcoming clinics.
  • Coordinating and scheduling doctors' clinics on the system.
  • Reminding doctors of clinics.
