We are seeking an Assistant to provide top-tier assistance to our CEO based in Dubai. In this role, you will step into a position of trust and take on responsibilities that will help the CEO focus on driving success. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communications with various stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and appropriate tracking to closure.
- Provide comprehensive support, act as the first point of contact, and demonstrate strong judgment and problem-solving skills while handling issues.
- Manage various tasks, including complex travel arrangements, coordinating with service providers, calendar, and meetings management.
- Collaborate with other assistants. Be prepared for and effective in a multicultural, across time zones, globally distributed, and remote work environment.
- Take over as many responsibilities as possible, and gradually assume higher-complexity responsibilities, as this role may evolve.
- Perform other responsibilities as reasonably required in alignment with the purpose of the role.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently, possessing multitasking skills, competence in handling both personal and business tasks.
- Advanced communication skills. Fluency in English. Proficiency in other languages, such as Arabicis an advantage. Experience interacting confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset, proactive thinking skills to resolve issues discreetly and efficiently, anticipating needs, and taking initiative.
- Highly reliable and trustworthy past track record, with references available upon request.
- University degree with distinction.
