What you can help us withWe are seeking a business-focused professional who is going to help usmaintain our company's legal standing. Your expertise will help us navigate the complex legal landscape effectively, provide compliance support, and ensure we meet regulations and industry guidelines in all our operating countries.

A selection of your daily activities

Ensuring the organization complies with regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), GDPR, Global Competition Law, Anti-Corruption Rules, and Anti-Bribery legislation Drafting and reviewing international contracts spanning various domains, including distribution, payment services, procurement, partnerships, IT, and sponsorship agreements Providing day-to-day legal advice and support to all internal stakeholders across different levels of the organization Acting as a strategic advisor and sparring partner to the management team Developing and implementing legal procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

Master's degree in Civil Law (or specialization in Business Law)2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar roleExperience with commercial contracts, especially in the e-commerce sectorExtensive knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy Law, and Competition LawProficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spokenPreferred certification in Compliance
