- Contribute to the development of the IT architecture strategy, aligning it with the company’s vision and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with senior IT leaders, business units, and executives to understand strategic priorities and translate them into IT goals and roadmaps within the Customer and Field domains.
- Design and maintain the enterprise IT architecture within the Customer and Field domains, ensuring consistency, scalability, and security across domains.
- Establish, promote, and uphold architectural standards, policies, and best practices that foster agility, scalability, and resilience.
- Identify opportunities to optimise resources and reduce costs within the Customer and Field domains and across other domains (e.g., application consolidation, IT spending, resource utilisation).
- Partner with business units, operations, and engineering teams to understand requirements and design effective architectural solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to IT architecture, cybersecurity, and data privacy within the Customer and Field domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT architecture, including hands-on design and implementation.
- Experience with customer systems and field mobility solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts, principles, and practices, with the ability to align IT strategy with business objectives and delivery outcomes.
- Proven ability to develop and champion a strategic vision for digital enterprise architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and soft skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across business units.
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving alignment between business and IT strategies.
