I am working with a Primary Care provider that are looking for an Independent Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist up to full time hours, they are able to offer a minimum of 3 days per week on an initial 2-3 month contract with the possibility of this being extended. This role is offered on a fully remote basis , you are not required to work onsite or cover any minor illness clinics.
- Remote Clinical Pharmacist using System One
- up to 37.5 hours per week
- Duties to include but not limited to: Med Reviews, SMRs, audits, queries and med managements
- CPPE Pathway - completed or enrolled
