Role EP Consulting is a executive resume writing and personal branding consultancy, built by a former Google marketer and hiring manager. Learn more at We are looking for a bright, scrappy, and hungry international sales representative to help drive outbound sales with our B2C prospects. This is fully remote and virtual, commission-based contract work for an experienced or aspiring results-driven salesperson, ideally with knowledge of LinkedIn and experience in promoting professional services. Zero phone outreach is required. Commission structure: 10% commission of net sales for new clients (up to 6 months). Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator direct messaging (targeting English-speaking customers primarily in North America and Europe)
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Identify new leads based on agreed upon targeting criteria
  • Prepare (and continuously optimize for conversion) correspondences with leads
  • Listen carefully to prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend the appropriate products and services
  • Inform prospective clients of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of working with EP Consulting
  • Establish positive customer relationships
  • Maintain the client database/CRM
  • Work closely with founder over email and regular web-based video calls
  • Stay informed of best practice sales strategies, cold outreach tactics and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
Mandatory Qualifications
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong negotiation & high communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic personality with excellent interpersonal skills (professional, polite, polished)
  • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Ability to build productive business relationships
