Finance Business Partner - 6 month contract Strategic Finance Business Partner needed to drive insights, support decision-making, and build strong cross-functional relationships. About the role : The Finance Business Partner - Consumer is responsible for financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating commercial proposals and business cases. The role is a 6-month contract that involves collaborating with the Commercial team to ensure financial rigor in senior leadership decisions while also providing guidance and support to team members in a leadership capacity. Role & Responsibilities :

• Support analysis and reporting assignments.
• Leverage on data for business intelligence and reporting.
• Support the review of business proposals: drive process governance and rigorous decision making.
• Support Board Monthly Performance Meeting reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
• Manage the relations and expectations of various stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into developed processes.
• Support, coach, and develop other team members in their positions and duties.

Skills & Experience :

• Experience in a Financial Planning or Commercial Analyst position in blue chip organisations.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successful delivery working with sales and marketing functions and interacting heavily with senior management.
• Highly developed financial and commercial analysis expertise.
• Ability to turn complex large amounts of data into simple commercial insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, advanced formulas, etc.)
