•Hybrid working (minimum 2 days a week in the office)•Melbourne CBD close to Flinders Street station •Fixed Term 24 months Fixed Term Contract Your role This is an exciting role to provide change support, including communications and training, for a range of digital and non-digital projects. These projects will support the products, services and efficiencies needed to deliver strategic benefits to VMIA and the state of Victoria. What you do
- Assess change readiness and impacts and assessing the effectiveness of change management activities.
- Identify and document staff and client requirements for training and reference materials.
- Create training and reference materials, such as quick reference guides, frequently asked questions, how to videos.
- Create training session plans and resources, updating training and reference materials as required.
- Design and administer knowledge transfer and skills verification assessments.
- Create change management plans, incorporating all training and communications requirements, design and deliver activities in the change management plans.
- You have experience designing and developing guidance material and capability programs, which may include written guides, training workshops, consulting services, videos or online tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to help you navigate stakeholders through complex topics to achieve agreed outcomes.
- You understand process maps and system changes and can translate them into plain English.
- You have the ability to write and develop engaging and accurate content for a range of formats such as stakeholder communications, user guides and FAQs.
- You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail with an ability to prioritise.
- Experience in the healthcare, medical sector would be advantageous, though not essential.
