We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist Independent Prescriber to join our clients’ team in Southampton . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients. - Assessing and diagnosing patients
- Prescribing medications independently
- Providing medication reviews and advice

- Independent Prescribing qualification
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
