About the Role As an Internal Sales Representative , you will be accountable for selling Global Payments' product suite to a range of inbound and outbound leads. Your pipeline will range from small to large businesses with a key focus on educating the customers on our product and services and conveying their value proposition. Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Conducting outbound calls to cultivate leads and convert opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients’ needs and challenges;
- Building relationships with prospects and leveraging relationships with existing customers to grow new business;
- Qualifying and engaging with inbound inquiries;
- Coaching customers on how to maximize the use of our services;
- Generating referrals for new business by fostering strong relationships with new customers;
- Working with a growing team to execute the sales strategy.
- Previous outbound telesales experience - prospecting/cold calling in a B2B environment;
- Great communication skills, with the ability to make complexity easily understood;
- Ability to make a clear connection between our product capabilities and our customers' business needs;
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team;
- Strong empathy and genuine care about improving business practices for our customers;
- Drive, ambition, and motivation to succeed;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A keen interest in FinTech, Software, or Technology.
