Jump Inn Beer Bar and Restaurant Job Description Jump Inn Craft Beer Bar and Restaurant is looking to employ a Head Chef for our onsite bar/restaurant. This position is on a full-time basis with a generous salary for the best candidate. To be considered for this role you should:
- A full-time Head Chef with minimum 2 years of experience and an unshakable passion for Asian cuisine (preferably Asian Fusion)
- Lead and inspire a 4-6 member creative team (depending on season)
- Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations
- Think outside the box in creating and developing menus that customers will surely yearn for
- Remain calm, collected, and even-tempered under pressure
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- Menu costing and supplier knowledge is a leg-up
- Responsible with clear communication in a professional and respectful manner
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
