- Provide expert transaction risk management advice to Management, identifying emerging risks, analyzing current risks, and assessing their potential impact on the company.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of risk management processes for effective identification and assessment of risks across the business.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of transaction risk reports to the Board, highlighting best practices and updates on enhancements to mitigate losses due to transaction fraud.
- Regularly update and recommend policies and SOPs to Management based on regulatory and IPS enhancements, identifying operational risks across departments.
- Conduct regular training sessions to raise risk awareness among employees and ensure effective risk management across the business.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to lead the company’s risk management team, ensuring that departmental risk registers are promptly updated and well-maintained

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or a professional certification in Risk Management.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of card schemes, payment processes, and micro-loan operations is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strategic thinking ability.
