My client is a leading groundworks sub-contractor in the commercial sector. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Engineer to complete a 24 month contract. You will be required to manage the engineers on site, complete QA and general associated paperwork. Senior Site Engineer Responsibilities :
- Reporting and working with the Project Manager and foreman
- Managing QA
- Ordering materials
- Frequent Health and safety compliance
- Managing all setting out engineers, ensuring all their work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Raising technical queries on design issues.
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS or SSSTS – Essential
- 3-5 years minimum experience working with ground works contractors in a management position
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience within a management role is essential
