We address the inefficiencies of fragmented tools and multiple subscriptions by offering a seamless solution that integrates company formation, banking, invoicing, client management, website building, and more. With a globally distributed team operating in 15 countries, Kasha is set to launch its innovative platform in the UK in 2025, with plans to expand to India, Brazil, and the USA in subsequent years. Role Overview We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in our ambitious growth strategy. The Sales Executive will be instrumental in acquiring and onboarding small business owners and independent professionals to Kasha’s platform. You’ll leverage your sales expertise to build relationships, close deals, and contribute to achieving our goal of 100,000 registered users by the end of 2025. Key Responsibilities Customer Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and convert leads into paying Kasha customers, focusing on small business owners, freelancers, and independent professionals. Sales Outreach: Reaching out to subscribed users who are using the services to sell them the other benefits of Kasha.io. Identifying new prospects: Looking at where you could source new business opportunities with introducers. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and long-term satisfaction. Market Feedback: Provide insights to the product and marketing teams based on customer feedback and market trends to refine Kasha’s offerings. Pipeline Management: Accurately track all sales activities in [CRM Tool] and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities. Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including customer acquisition rates and revenue goals. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions. What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or B2B industries.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey Kasha’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM Software and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for helping small businesses and independent professionals succeed.
- Experience selling in the UK market is highly desirable.
