About the role Join the dynamic team at ACCORD INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, you will be the voice of the company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
- Providing timely and accurate information to customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our customer relationship management system
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
