- Comprehend project goals and business requirements to design software tailored to customer needs.
- Consult and assist customers within the organization throughout the product or application lifecycle.
- Provide solutions and proofs of concept to address customer issues.
- Advise on industry best practices for integrating engineering processes into the problem domain.
- Share knowledge and expertise within development teams.
