Senior Manager - Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions - Legal - Mumbai

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Senior Manager - Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions (Legal) We will count on you to:

• Responsible for transactional risk insurance within the PEMA team.
• Analyse the representations and warranties contained in the draft SPA from an insurance perspective and to determine potential solution structures.
• Negotiate the terms of the Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) policy on behalf of the client’s in order to structure a W&I policy which mirrors the SPA as closely as possible.

What you need to have:

• 3-5 years of experience in Law firms.
• Experience of working on PE / M&A transactions and have conducted legal DD.
• Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian corporate, MNCs and PSU clients.
• Domain knowledge preferred
