Job Description: Business Coach cum Sales Professional ( Remote & Part Time - 6-8 Hours a day) Type: Part-Time We are looking for a dynamic Business coach and Sales professional on a part time contract basis. The candidate must possess strong one-on-one selling skills. If you have a proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services only then you are eligible to apply for this position. This role will require a minimum of 6-8 hours of engagement per day, 6 days a week, which includes conducting one-on-one business coaching & various sales activities to achieve your KPIs. Key Responsibilities
- One-on-One Business Coaching:
- Provide tailored coaching sessions to business owners to build robust systems across key business functions, including marketing, sales, operations, and business finance.
- Assess clients' business challenges and Upsell Marketing and HR services to ensure growth.
- Act as a program Guide during our 3-day Masterclass events, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.
- Close high-ticket sales for our advanced coaching programs through consultative selling techniques.
- Continuously work towards building a relationship to ensure that all clients go for renewals & even provide referrals.
- Engage with clients who have enrolled for the Masterclass, understanding their businesses and primary challenges.
- Drive attendance and engagement in pre-Masterclass sessions to so as to eventually ensure 100% attendance in main event.
- Proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services, preferably through consultative selling approaches.
- Strong one-on-one sales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Experience in delivering coaching or training sessions to business owners is an added advantage.
- Understanding of MSME business challenges across various industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to manage nurturing campaigns and drive client engagement effectively.
- Familiarity with MSME businesses and industries such as manufacturing, services, retail, and more.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
