Restaurant Crew - Kitchen (Johnny's Restaurants @ Sogo KL)

Responsibilities:

• To prepare and cook dishes efficiently and correctly according to Standard Operating Procedure.
• To do plating before delivering the item to the customer.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area and dishwashing area at all times while carrying out daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• To keep all balance of stock in the fridge or freezer during outlet closing.
• To keep all food stocks and label dates accordingly to maintain freshness.
• To ensure dishes can be prepared as and when needed.
• To ensure the cleanliness of utensils used for cooking.
• Washing all cooking equipment and cutlery accordingly.
• To refill all raw materials or food products.
• Any ad hoc tasks given by Restaurant Manager or Area Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Strong interest and passion in food preparation.
• Willing to learn and adapt to changes.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia/English.
• Having valid Typhoid Cert and Food Handling Cert will be an added advantage.
