Human Resource Assistant

• Responsible for on-boarding, confirmation, change of employment conditions, resignation, induction, probation evaluation, re-designation, promotion, exit interview, appraisal and other related support.
• Handle HR administration roles including letter issuance, personnel files, update organization charts, and prepare analysis trends and reports.
• Liaise with the respective government statutory bodies for matters related to EPF, Socso and Income Tax, etc.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to commute to Seksyen 51A, Petaling Jaya.
