Logistics Warehouse Executive

The Logistics & Warehouse Executive will play a key role in overseeing the daytoday operations of the warehouse and logistics functions. This role ensures the efficient movement storage and distribution of goods while maintaining operational excellence costeffectiveness and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The Challenges

• Plan organize and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations including transportation warehousing and inventory management.
• Liaise with transporters freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement and maintain proper storage practices to ensure efficient use of space and prevent damage to goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic reconciliations.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving storing and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of inventory transactions.
• Monitor stock levels and perform regular cycle counts and audits.

What It Takes

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in logistics warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements.
