Manager Technology (Cards Domain)

Job Purpose Manage the cards applications end to end to achieve the stability Architecture design for the new solutions and improvement for having a reliable system with proper capacity planning. Manage the URFs/projects - Requirement analysis, Solution design, project planning, effort estimation, manage stakeholders Develop and Manage the team efficiently and report the resource capacity utilization Educate corporate policy and measure the team performance through a measurable KPIs. Key result Areas

• Managing cards projects and initiatives effectively to provide timely delivery, quality delivery and with periodic update to all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure system stability and proactive monitoring/maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime
• Track incidents and RCA and preventive Actions
• Identify the Key Risk in the area and take action. Maintain and closely monitor RCSA in the area
• Ensure timely completion of service tickets with in the SLA in a satisfactory manner
• Monitoring and tracking of the project status/activities by tracking project activities and deliverables
• Lead and co-ordinate between onshore and offshore team of development resources. Motivates team to work in the most effective manner.
• Effective communication and relationship with all stakeholders
• Innovate to provide cost effective technology which delivers business value.
• Identify revenue opportunities and make constructive suggestions for system improvement and simplify technology.
• Achieve Cost efficiency for support and projects
• Ensure backups for key / all resources.

• 12 + years of relevant experience in IT with production & development support experience.
• Excellent oral / written communication skills.

• Thorough cards applications / business knowledge.
• Thorough knowledge in various applications in Cards domain for both issuing and acquiring
• Thorough knowledge and experience in Credit/Debit Cards Management systems, EFT Switch, ATM/POS, Switch/Merchant Settlement systems, Risk management systems, Loyalty system, and Reconciliation systems.
• Various project experience working with Network associations, viz Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, Diners
