Job Summary: The Sr. Manager - IT will spearhead the development and execution of the organization’s IT strategy, with a strong focus on AI-driven automation and IT infrastructure management. This role is a 50% strategic and 50% functional position, combining long-term vision with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in emerging technologies, AI, and system integration, alongside experience managing global teams and stakeholder relationships. This position demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust IT infrastructure aligned with business operations.
- Manage the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security across all IT systems.
- Oversee enterprise application management, including installation, upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Facilitate seamless integration of applications with existing systems to enhance performance.
- Monitor and optimize application performance to meet organizational needs.
- Manage EUC operations, covering desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardware.
- Ensure timely resolution of EUC-related incidents and requests.
- Proactively drive improvements to enhance the end-user experience.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Align IT infrastructure and application strategies with the company’s business objectives.
- Develop and manage the IT budget to maximize cost efficiency.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for adoption where beneficial
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Implement IT security measures to protect data and systems from threats.
- Collaborate with vendors for IT equipment, software, and services procurement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related discussions with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT Infrastructure and Application Administration.
- Expertise in End-User Computing (EUC) and IT Infrastructure domains.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in AI frameworks, machine learning tools, and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of system integration, cloud platforms, and IT architecture.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, specializing in EUC and Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering IT projects in a global setting.
