Field Support Technician - Global Support

Job Descriptions

1. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers in South East Asia, North America, and other global locations as required.
2. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot smart material handling systems and ensure operational efficiency.
3. Conduct technical training sessions for customers, partners, and support teams.
4. Collaborate with the technical team in China for advanced support and system updates.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving technical issues and providing high-quality service.
6. Travel frequently across South East Asia and internationally, including to North America.

1. Proven experience in technical support with overseas work exposure, not only in Asia but also in regions like North America.
2. Strong background in material handling systems, automation, or similar technical fields.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex troubleshooting.
4. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
5. Willingness to travel frequently for work across multiple regions.
6. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with international teams.
