- Cultivate and develop potential clients, guiding them through the qualification process to a stage where a technical lead can be involved for solution analysis.
- Develop and execute sales penetration plans through effective client mapping processes.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, including post-onboarding client servicing to ensure satisfaction.
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed KPIs, including lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth targets.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, driving results while staying aligned with business goals.
- More than 8 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions and services.
- Experience in client acquisition, developing business opportunities, and growing regional markets is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, demonstrating strong initiative.
