OBJECTIVE: To ensure smooth and efficient operations by managing the key pillars of the company: People, Finance, and Administration. The PFA Department focuses on the people department, accountings, and maintaining administrative processes that support business growth and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES: a. Finance Department

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and cash flow.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
b. Admin Department
  • Liaise with tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee company registrations, licensing, and annual filings.
  • Manage office supplies, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks and processes.
  • Oversee document management, including filing, record-keeping, and compliance.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required by management.
c. People Department
  • Manage HR policies, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor employee performance and create development plans to enhance productivity and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS: Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-year experience in managing accounts (priority)
  • Knowledge in HR & admin is bonus
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay. (Quite some chinese supplier)
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role
