TCS is Hiring!!! Job Role- Cloud ops manager Experience range- 8 to 12 Job Location- Indore Must Have-
- Good working experience on cloud projects-both private and public clouds
- Knowledge on cloud SLA’s and SLA based delivery mechanism
- Good technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure components viz. compute, network, security
- Good experience in preparing cloud operations report based on incidents, events and downtime management
- Create detailed RCA documents
- Lead project management efforts, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of learning and development.
- Create and mange run books, SOP’s on cloud operations
- Good Communication skills
- Awesome team management skills.
