Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relations with Agents and Customers, actively seeking out new markets and ensuring timely communication of fares/charges, regulations, and innovations to our agents.
- Produce weekly and monthly activity reports documenting sales activity against targets, highlighting positive and negative sales results, and providing recommendations for alternate sales strategies when necessary.
- Maintain strong and ongoing relationships with agents in your region, focusing on increasing regional sales and examining the potential of recently launched routes while keeping supervisors informed about competitor airlines' policies.
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and monitor the practices of other carriers operating in the market, contributing insights and proposals to our continuous growth and success.
- Represent Turkish Airlines at tourism events and trade fairs, showcasing our exceptional services and engaging with potential customers.
Qualifications:
- At least a high school degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in civil aviation or tourism.
- Excellent command of English and local language(s).
- Valid work permit or citizenship in the respective country (we are unable to provide or assist with work permits).
- A team player who can also work independently when necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and other relevant informatics tools.
