Company Description Terracegate is a leading service provider to global family offices and wealth management firms. We provide accounting services for investments including complex private investments. To service the needs of families, Terracegate offers bill payment and accounting for disbursements. Further supporting the family, we offer related tax support or litigation support, sophisticated security trading accounting (including middle and back office functions) and accounting for family management company vehicles. Role Description This is a contract role as a Senior Accounting Quality Controller at Terracegate in Gurugram with flexibility for remote work. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as quality control, quality assurance, quality management, training, and auditing related to accounting services for investments and family office needs. This contract roll could become a full time position. Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a Fund Administration, Fund Accounting and NAV calculations
- Familiar with various asset classes, such as equity, fixed income, privates
- You must have a strong understand of corporate actions.
- Proven experience in Accounting Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
- Experience in accounting internal Auditing
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA, CPA or MBA
- Strong accounting, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in accounting tools and techniques
- Strong skills in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, or Business)
