This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Customer Service Executive located in Abuja.
In this role, the Customer Service Executive will provide exceptional service to our clients and will be responsible for managing multiple client inquiries simultaneously, contributing to customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer databases.
The Executive will also monitor and analyze customer feedback to provide insights to our team to further improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through phone and email.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or customer service software.
- Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven performance is desirable.
