• anaging and leading projects for EU/UK/US clients, from scoping the work to day-to-day execution to ensure successful delivery of client requirements managing content, client relationships, work planning and teamU
• nderstanding client needs, and generating tailored recommendations and actionable next steps to drive value quicklyE
• ffectively managing different work streams and proactively resolving discrete issues and/or drive consensusD
• eveloping and supporting the implementation of our clients' technology strategy in alignment with their business goalsD
• eveloping and managing the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for our clientsI
• dentifying and mitigating technology- and program-related risks to our clients' businessesS
• upporting the management of relationships with our clients' external technology vendors and service providersP
• roviding quality assurance control for our clients’ external technology vendors and service providersS
• ynthesizing and communicating information and insights to the entire team – from consultant to CEO. Deliver audience-right high-quality presentations.

Q ualificationsM

• inimum of 9 years’ experience in leading management consulting firmsE
• xperience in core technology transformations (e.g., IT carve-out, technology-led operating model transformations such as ERP), from strategy to delivery / implementation phaseE
• xperience in private equity environment highly desirableE
• xcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsE
• ntrepreneurial mindset and desire to join a rapidly growing start-upA
• bility to work in a high intensity environmentA
• bility to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in the organizationS
• kills to communicate complex ideas effectivelyP
• referably based in Delhi but not a must
