Oracle HCM Lead Consultant RED is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Lead Consultant to support a key project. This is a full-time contract position, primarily remote, with potential coordination across modules and teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the implementation and support of the Compensation, Talent, and Recruitment modules in Oracle Cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Oracle HCM modules.
- Engage in front-end customer conversations and manage the project end-to-end.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle HCM solutions. Requirements - 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, specifically in Compensation, Talent, and Recruitment modules.
- Proven experience with 2-3 full cycle implementations/support in Oracle Cloud.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Core HR and other HCM modules is advantageous. Details - Start Date: As soon as possible
