• Develop & Optimize : Build and enhance robust, scalable back-end solutions for web-based applications.
• Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with global teams to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions.
• Umbraco Expertise : Use your experience with Umbraco to create and maintain dynamic, content-driven applications.
• Front-End Integration : Seamlessly integrate back-end systems with intuitive front-end components.
• Mentor & Lead : Inspire and guide junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Strategize : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and strategies.

• Proven mid-senior or senior-level experience in back-end development.
• Demonstrated success in web-based projects, preferably within agency environments.

• Proficient in .NET and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Umbraco, including building and maintaining applications.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience optimizing performance for high-traffic, scalable applications.

• Strong communication skills to mentor junior developers and collaborate across teams.
