About the role: We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling technical inquiries and troubleshooting customer issues related to our products - FunnelKit FunnelBuilder, and FunnelKit Automation. EXPERIENCE Roles and responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to our customers through emails.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our products, such as site compatibility issues, plugin conflicts, and feature malfunctions.
  • Help customers understand how to use our products and resolve any confusion or misunderstandings.
  • Work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our customer support system.
  • Proactively identify potential technical issues and develop solutions to prevent them from occurring.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve our products and customer support.
  • Occasionally join Zoom calls with clients to better understand their technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Create Loom videos to provide visual instructions and troubleshoot technical issues.
Expectations from you: Basic Requirements Required Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a WordPress and PHP environment.
  • Experience working on WordPress plugins or themes.
  • Strong debugging skills and experience with troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to create Loom videos to provide visual instructions and troubleshoot technical issues.
