It goes beyond merely offering infrastructure and HR assistance; we aim to be strategic partners, aiding in the seamless establishment and operational success of GCCs Overview: ○ The Lead Data Scientist will spearhead project teams, delivering cutting-edge solutions in analytics, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, while fostering a collaborative environment where innovative ideas flourish. Job Description: ○ Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated models using Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques. ○ Oversee the delivery of data science projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on schedule. ○ Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI. ○ Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions. Qualifications: ○ Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, with a strong emphasis on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI. ○ 5+ years of experience in data science, including leadership roles. ○ Proficient in Python; knowledge of BI, Snowflake, and Snowpark is advantageous. Skills: ○ Advanced skills in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI. ○ Proficiency in Python, with experience in TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. ○ Leadership and project management abilities. ○ Domain expertise in specific industries, enhancing the application of data science solutions. ○ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
