Key Objectives of Role: * Geo focal to International Sales Organisation (ISO) business units * Doubling up as primary point-of-contact for WW Commercial segment, Services & Solutions Group (SSG) * Close engagement with SSG portfolio enablement team to develop clear business objectives, ensuring sales hygiene guided by KPIs * Strategise and develop a comprehensive and aligned GTM to achieve revenue KPIs * Last mile enablement for sales programs and initiatives in regional markets across Asia-Pacific, focusing on end-user sales motions Key Measurements: * Business KPIs * Services upsell revenue targets * Speed and efficiency in taking key offerings to market with ISO * Time to market to respond to critical business opportunities * Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth. * Provide regular reports and updates on market dynamics, internal feedback, and competitive intelligence. This involves collaborating with the following extended teams and functions to ensure alignment, synchronize efforts, and collectively drive success. * WW SSG Enablement team, spanning across different functions * WW SSG Marketing team * AP ISO Global sales team * AP ISO Regional sales teams * AP ISO Marketing & Enablement team * AP ISO Segment team * AP SSG portfolio enablement team * AP SSG Global sales teams * AP SSG Regional teams * Corporate functions such as operations, finance Competencies Required: This role requires a blend of the following skills and competencies. * Comprehensive expertise in market and competitive dynamics pertinent to assigned portfolio * Knowledge and experience with assigned portfolio * In-depth knowledge and experience with assigned Portfolio GTM strategies * Sales Narrative competencies. Proficient in storytelling and able to generate compelling sales narratives tailored to the portfolio. * Excellent communication skills * Excellent collaboration skills * Critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills * Team management skills for hybrid and remote workforce * English language fluency. Proficiency in additional languages would be a plus (eg ASEAN languages and Japanese)
