Senior ReactJS Software Engineer

Aryza are seeking a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in front-end development and architecture, combined with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-performance front-end solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our digital products.

Your contribution

As part of an agile development team you will work closely with our development and product teams and play a key role in defining and shaping new features and products. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to work in a rapidly expanding company. Reporting to the Development Managers, this is a hybrid permanent position based in our Dublin 15 office in Blanchardstown Corporate Park.

What makes you stand out

1. Technical Expertise:
   1. 5+ years of professional experience with ReactJS, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
   2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
   3. Familiarity with TypeScript and Component-Based Architecture.
   4. Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress).
   5. Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Storybook an advantage.
2. Front-End Architecture:
   1. Proven experience designing scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.
   2. Understanding of micro-frontends and modular design principles is a plus.
3. Collaboration & Communication:
   1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
   2. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
   3. Comfortable leading technical discussions and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
   4. Having the ability to mentor less experienced team members.
4. Problem-Solving:
   1. Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex challenges.
   2. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
